Huishan Zhang’s Spring/ Summer 2018 collection combined high fashion, demi-couture techniques with classic style, elegance and versatility. He challenges our exceptions by including sixties inspired silhouettes to break traditional moulds as he explores the blurred lines between glamour and functionality, whilst still staying true to his signature ultra feminine aesthetic.
Zhang brings to life classic tailoring with stunning embellishments and feathers. With hues of pink andyellow dominating the presentation, again a nod to the sixties, it adds a sense of playfulness to the collection. It is this strong Huishan Zhang identity which makes this a collection of not only expert design but exquisite modern classicism.
